Love Birds on a Trampoline

I was enjoying my morning coffee earlier, (yeah I know, I said that I quit before but my husband keep giveing me a cup every morning hahaha. It is now in moderation though, just one cup a day) then I saw these love sparrows  doing sweet stuff to each other.  It made me smile and murmured "my husband would love to see your  presents again when you left" lol.  Yup, hubby cleaned up the pile of poop of birds yesterday when the kids   wanted to jump in the trampoline.
This trampoline is good buy (well, I got it for almost free from reviewing a website) because the kids love to jump in it.  I jump in it sometimes with my son.  Aside from trampoline, I found out that  some people uses needak rebounder for health purposes.  For those health conscious people, a rebounder is a good alternative for exercising.  According to the  review I have read online, exercising on a rebounder strengthens ever organ of your body.

Hubby is a health buff and he is  maintaining his good healthy body through  regular exercise.    He was  off the track for  months there when he first retired but then he   found some health issues   of  gaining weight so he started to  work out again.  He is doing great with keeping fit actually.  He is motivating me to  go on with  my work out once again.  Although I am not gaining weight but I do need to exercise to further enhance my existence hehehe.

I realized that as you grow older, your capabilities of doing stuff is  getting limited as time passes by.  But if you maintain a healthy lifestyle and  stay  active mall the time, the chances of  getting sickness is very slim.  I think, that is what everybody needs to know to avoid  visits to the doctor  or hospitals as we grow older.  No wonder why my mother wants to do things most of the time.  She gets crancky if she isn't doing anything.
