My husband and I agreed that we have to prioritize raising our children first before anything else. That is why, I am contented of being at home with my two burritos all the time. We believe that the quality time we spend with them will give a good impact on their development and well-being. We may be lacking from material things but we make sure to supplement our children with our TLC. I remember when I first introduce my husband to my family back in the Philippines, he spend most of his time playing with my nieces and nephews. Right there and then I knew that he would be a great father to our kids.

If there is the time that you want to spend time with your kids, now is the time that they are still small and want to cling with you. Time will come that they will have their own world and whether we admit it or not, they won't want us around sometimes.
