I haven't had my mammogram check for two years now and I am getting anxious about it. I will do it as soon as possible when we go back to the mainland. Here's a good article from qualityhealth.com about breast cancer.

You check for lumps on your own, dutifully visit the gynecologist, and never forget to schedule a mammogram. But do you know as much aboutbreast cancer as you could…or should?.

thanks for refreshing my mind sis, me too i don't have any hospitals check regarding that matter..
ReplyDeleteMy dr. said that I didn't need my first mammogram until I turned 40! I thought that was odd, but I dutifully followed her advice and have had one every year since (I now am 45). But, I think that women should start getting them sooner!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting the article; this is a good reminder! :)
Women should be very careful about their health especially the condition of their breast. They must always be aware of the condition of their breast so that the onset of breast cancer can be avoided. It's one of the leading causes of death for women. Thanks for the practical post. God bless you always.
